Automatically reward your advocates for attending Webex meetings and webinars — read-only, no manual attendee lists, no double awards.

What this integration does

UserEvidence Attendance Reader connects your Webex organization to your UserEvidence advocacy program. After each meeting or webinar ends, UserEvidence reads the Webex attendance report, matches attendees to your program's advocates by email address, and automatically logs the activity and awards points in their advocacy profile.

Requirements

Getting started

  1. Get a UserEvidence account. If your organization doesn't have one yet, book a demo — the UserEvidence team will create your account and advocacy program.
  2. Tell your UserEvidence Customer Success Manager you want Webex attendance rewards. We'll confirm the app details and agree on which events earn points and how many.
  3. Have your Webex administrator authorize the app in Control Hub (step-by-step guide below — takes about 5 minutes).
  4. Done. UserEvidence starts syncing attendance for the agreed events. Advocates see the activity and points in their profile automatically.

Step-by-step: authorizing the app in Control Hub

This one-time authorization is performed by a Webex organization administrator.

  1. Sign in to Webex Control Hub at admin.webex.com.
  2. In the left navigation, go to Apps → Service Apps and open the Other service apps tab.
